HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP OUT ORDERS?

  • I personally package and ship every order, and with a busy work schedule I ship out every 2 weeks. These days are usually the second and last Fridays of the month.

TRACKING ISN’T UPDATED/ WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

  • Sometimes tracking info isn’t always accurately updated. If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks of it’s shipment date, please contact me at ——- and I’ll work with the carrier to find your order. If it’s lost, I’ll make sure to replace it

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.

  • I do my best to ensure every package is prepared for a safe journey to your location, but sometimes the shipping carriers can still be rough with things. Though I can’t control how they handle the packages, I can happily offer a free replacement (shipping fees still apply). Please check out the REPLACEMENT ITEM for further info.
